A dark-humour card strategy game where the phone always loses eventually, but how it loses is entirely up to you. Balance four volatile system resources across an ever-escalating deck of events that punishes greed, laziness, and optimism in equal measure.
Swipe Left or Right
Each turn deals you a card: a virus attack, a battery alert, a suspicious app demanding RAM, a user who is way too happy about their phone. Swipe to respond — but every choice trades one resource for another.
Four Volatile Resources
Balance Battery, RAM, Temperature, and User Satisfaction across an ever-escalating deck. Let the battery hit zero? Dead. Let user satisfaction hit 100? The user thinks you’re sentient and starts writing fan fiction. Also dead.
Unlockable Hardware
Unlock increasingly unstable devices, from an indestructible Brick Phone 2G to a neural interface wired directly into a human brain. Each device has unique stats and system diagnostics.
Plugins & Extensions
Install illegal kernel extensions, experimental firmware, and background crypto miners that make everything faster, hotter, and far more likely to explode.
Real-Time Mini-Games
When resources hit critical levels, survive a real-time mini-game: tap infected memory modules before a kernel panic, replay a coolant valve sequence, or time a bouncing charge needle. Fail and the crisis hits immediately.
~200 Unique Event Cards
Almost 200 unique event cards keep every session unpredictable, including multi-card chain scenarios that spiral into full-blown disasters depending on your earlier choices.
Bespoke Kernel Panics
Every run ends with a bespoke KERNEL PANIC screen telling you exactly how badly you failed — and why it was probably your fault.
Mini-Games
When system resources reach critical levels, gameplay interrupts with a real-time challenge. Survive it and the resource resets. Fail and face an immediate crisis.
Memory Squeeze
RAM emergency: malware has infected your memory modules. A 4×4 grid of memory chips appears with virus-infected modules pulsing purple. Tap every infected module before the 4-second countdown expires. Miss even one and the kernel panics.
Thermal Valve
Temperature emergency: coolant valves light up in sequence around the overheating core. Watch the order, then tap them from memory. Three rounds of increasing difficulty — 3, 4, and 5 valves with less time each round.
Power Surge
Battery emergency: a charge needle bounces inside a vertical gauge at increasing speed. Tap when the needle is in the green stable zone. Land 5 successful locks before the 12-second timer runs out or face total battery failure.
