This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application SwipeOS ("the App"), developed by Daniel Szlaski ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App. SwipeOS is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store for iOS devices.

SwipeOS does not collect personal data. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.

The App does not use third-party advertising services or analytics SDKs. No data is transmitted to third-party servers by the App.

2. In-App Purchases

SwipeOS offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional content. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.

When you make a purchase, we receive a purchase receipt from Apple to verify your transaction and unlock the corresponding features. This receipt data contains transaction identifiers and entitlement information but does not include personal financial details. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third parties.

4. Data Retention

We do not store any user data on our servers. All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

5. Children's Privacy

SwipeOS is rated 9+ on the App Store and is suitable for ages 9 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All advertisements served through Google AdMob are configured to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable age-related regulations, ensuring that only child-safe, non-personalised ads are displayed.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Since we do not collect personal data, there is no user data held by us to access, modify, or delete.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
