SoldIt! - Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application SoldIt! ("the App"), developed by Daniel Szlaski ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App. SoldIt! is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store for iOS devices.

1. Information We Collect

SoldIt! does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII). Authentication is handled entirely through Sign in with Apple - we receive only an anonymous, Apple-provided user identifier. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, or any other personal details.

The App processes the following functional data - none of which constitutes PII:

All of these are first-party, functional data. No tracking is involved.

2. Third-Party Services

SoldIt! does not use any third-party advertising services, analytics SDKs, or tracking tools. The App is built entirely with native Apple frameworks. No data is shared with third-party services. There are no ads of any kind.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

SoldIt! offers subscription plans (Solo and Studio) processed entirely by Apple through the App Store subscription system. We do not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.

When you subscribe, Apple handles all billing and payment processing. We receive only transaction identifiers and entitlement information to verify your subscription status and unlock the corresponding features. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Webhook Data

When you connect your app to SoldIt!, a unique, cryptographically generated webhook URL is created. Apple's App Store Server Notifications send purchase events to this URL through secure, IP-restricted endpoints. This data is used solely to trigger push notifications to your registered devices and update your sales dashboard.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. All data processed by SoldIt! remains within the scope of delivering the App's core functionality.

6. Data Retention

Transaction event data is retained for up to 30 days to display your dashboard and activity feed. Device push tokens are stored only while your devices are registered for notifications. You can remove connected apps and devices at any time from within the App.

If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is marked as deleted and all associated data is retained for an additional 30 days. Once this grace period expires, all data is permanently removed from our systems.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no PII held by us to access, modify, or delete. If you wish to remove all data associated with your account, you can do so by deleting your connected apps within the App.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
