Singularity Burn - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Singularity Burn ("the App"), developed by Daniel Szlaski ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App. Singularity Burn is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store for iOS devices.

1. Information We Collect

Singularity Burn does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details. The App does not require you to create an account.

The App processes the following functional data - none of which constitutes PII:

• Anonymous device identifier - used solely to attribute burn events and leaderboard rank to your installation
• Burn counters and totals - the number of tokens you have sacrificed, used to display your contribution and position on the global Singularity Bar and leaderboard
• Optional display name - if you choose to enter one for the leaderboard. You may use any name you like; we do not verify it and it is not linked to any personal information
• StoreKit transaction identifiers - to validate one-time In-App Purchases with Apple

All of these are first-party, functional data. No tracking is involved.

2. Third-Party Services

Singularity Burn does not use any third-party advertising services, analytics SDKs, or tracking tools. The App is built entirely with native Apple frameworks. No data is shared with third-party services. There are no ads of any kind.

3. In-App Purchases and Payments

Singularity Burn uses Apple's In-App Purchase system for one-time, non-consumable and consumable purchases. There are no subscriptions. All payments are processed entirely by Apple - we do not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.

Important: In-App Purchases in Singularity Burn do not unlock any content, features, utility, files, or services. They exist solely to permanently "burn" tokens within the artistic experience of the App and to record your contribution toward the global Singularity Bar and leaderboard ranking. The act is symbolic and irreversible. The App provides no material utility - only digital transcendence.

Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. All data processed by Singularity Burn remains within the scope of delivering the App's core artistic experience.

5. Data Retention

Burn totals and leaderboard entries associated with your anonymous device identifier are retained while the App remains operational, in order to preserve the integrity of the global Singularity Bar. You may request deletion of your leaderboard entry at any time by contacting us at the email below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no PII held by us to access, modify, or delete. If you wish to remove your anonymous leaderboard entry, please contact us using the details below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
